Background The VA Northwest Health Network, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20, is responsible for providing health care to Veterans in the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, most of Idaho, and parts of Montana and California. This network encompasses 135 counties and serves approximately 1.2 million Veterans. The VISN 20 network includes 8 health care facilities that provide neurology services, including electroencephalograms (EEG). The purpose of this contract is to upgrade existing EEG Natus Neuroworks software and hardware across multiple sites to ensure compliance with updated operating systems and cybersecurity initiatives. Work Details The contract involves the upgrade of existing EEG Natus Neuroworks software to version 10 and the necessary hardware upgrades to support this software. Specific requirements include: - Upgrading existing workstations to Windows 11. - Installation and support at the following sites: VA Boise Medical Center, VA Portland Healthcare System, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Roseburg VA Healthcare System, and Spokane VA Medical Center. - Provision of training for staff on software customization (Montage, HV, Settings, Workspaces, Filters), acquisition and scoring using Natus Equipment, analysis, review, and reporting. - All systems must include a supported operating system (Windows 11). - The contractor must provide a project manager for communication and coordination throughout the project. Period of Performance The period of performance shall be a 12-month period from the date of award. Place of Performance Contract performance will take place at the contractor’s location(s) as well as at the VISN 20 locations including Boise VA Medical Center (500 W. Fort Street Boise, ID 83702), Portland VA Medical Center (3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239-2999), Seattle VA Medical Center (1660 South Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108-1597), Roseburg Healthcare System (3355 Chad Drive Eugene, OR 97408), and Spokane VA Medical Center (N. 4815 Assembly Street Spokane, WA 99205).
