Mill River Lift Station Upgrades

The City of Coeur d'Alene is seeking sealed bids for the Mill River Lift Station Upgrades Project. The work involves the construction of a new valve vault, associated yard piping, new electrical and controls, and the realignment of inlet piping for the sanitary sewer, along with surface repair and other related tasks. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on February 12, 2026, at the Wastewater Utility located at 765 West Hubbard Ave., Coeur d'Alene. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope marked 'Mill River Lift Station Upgrades Bid' to the City Clerk. All bids must include a security deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount, which can be in the form of cash, a cashier's check, or a bidder's bond from a qualified Idaho Surety Company. Bids will remain valid for thirty-five days following the bid opening.
