High School Loading Dock

The Bridgeton Board of Education is seeking competitive bids for a public works project concerning the High School Loading Dock. Bidders can obtain the drawings and specifications in electronic format from the Architect's ShareFile site after being added to the official bidders list. To be added, bidders should email their First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Contact Information, and a primary contact email to Ms. Evely Flores at eflores@mmpfa.com. If there is no response within 2 hours, bidders should resubmit their request. After being added to the bidders list, they will receive instructions to set up an account on ShareFile if they are not already in the system. Access to the bid documents will be granted once the account is established. The documents will be available starting February 3, 2026. All inquiries regarding the bid must be directed to eflores@mmpfa.com, referencing the specific bid number and project name. Questions must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM on February 20, 2026. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of the Bridgeton Public Schools by the specified date and time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled with the title and bidder's name and address. The bid opening will occur on March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Board Conference Room at 41 Jack Surrency Way, Bridgeton, NJ 08302. Compliance with affirmative action and prevailing wage requirements is mandatory. Bidders must provide a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total bid amount, not exceeding $20,000. Additional documentation, including a statement of ownership and non-collusion affidavit, is required. Failure to comply with bid instructions may result in disqualification.
