Background The State of West Virginia, through its Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids for an open-end contract for Child Support Payment Collection and Distribution. The aim is to ensure the effective collection and distribution of child support payments. Work Details The contract will include the following services: 1) Child Support Payment Collection and Distribution services for a total of four years, with the option for two additional renewal years. The services will be provided in monthly increments as follows: - Year 1 (12 months) - Year 2 (12 months) - Year 3 (12 months) - Year 4 (12 months) - Optional renewal years (Year 5 and Year 6, each with 12 months). The vendor will also be responsible for a transition period of 6 months. Each year will require the vendor to provide a bank contract as specified in the solicitation.
