The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: EROSION CONTROL BMP s including mulch, tree save fence, temporary grassing, inlet sediment trap, silt fence, and sodding. TRAFFIC CONTROL during all stages, allowing traffic thru at all times. DEMOLITION including tree removal, clearing and grubbing. SITE WORK, EARTH WORK including grading and excavation. CONCRETE PAVING including remove and replace concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, and driveways. STORM DRAIN STRUCTURES including storm sewer structures.
