Background The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, located at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson, MS 39216, aims to enhance its surgical capabilities by providing continuous rentals of Operating Room Laparoscopic Equipment and new rentals for ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) and Urology equipment. This contract is intended to support the mission of delivering high-quality surgical care to veterans. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for supplying the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center with rentals of current Operating Room Laparoscopic Equipment and new ENT and Urology equipment. The specific tasks include: 1. Continuous rental of Operating Room Laparoscopic Equipment; 2. Rental of new ENT and Urology equipment; 3. Ensuring all equipment is maintained and operates safely as intended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); 4. Inspection of all requested equipment according to the criteria set by the VAMC BioMed Department; 5. Replacement of existing laparoscopic equipment, monitors, and video equipment in Operating Rooms 4, 5, & 6 with state-of-the-art alternatives; 6. Provision of specific types of equipment including but not limited to: NS-CO2-DI-U-ASSY Med gas assembly-Carbon dioxide, LT-WC-D-RES-1 Dual Wall Control, Universal anchor plates, Elec brake control units, various connection kits for HD/4K displays, patient greeting systems, checklist managers, livestream software and licenses, installation services for data centers, and advanced audio systems. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center located at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson, MS 39216.
