Background The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence (EBS-C), is seeking information from industry regarding capabilities to develop, host, integrate, and sustain Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) applications. These applications are intended to support the Army's finance and logistics communities by enhancing the capabilities of the Army's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The Army is focused on fostering innovation and collaboration with a wide range of vendors, including non-traditional defense contractors, to develop tailored solutions that align with modernization goals. This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Work Details The RFI seeks information on vendor capabilities and approaches to support the establishment of an LCNC ecosystem that will accelerate delivery of business and mission solutions while ensuring governance, cybersecurity, and interoperability with Army enterprise services. Key objectives include: 1) Discovering industry capabilities in finance and logistics; 2) Identifying development approaches using Approved Product List (APL) systems; 3) Assessing feasibility of adopting new platforms; 4) Designing strategies for rapid acquisition; 5) Pursuing innovative technologies to enhance operational readiness; 6) Ensuring adherence to security and interoperability standards; 7) Rapidly deploying prototype projects and determining associated costs.
