This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around 14 February 2026 for personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide and manage contractor role players, moulage / clothing, lumber package, real world medical support (2 ambulances), and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) (Rubble Pile) reset for a CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Supported Collective Training Exercise (SCTE) from 5-8 March 2026. Delivering real-world medical ambulance support with trained EMTs during the exercise period. 6. Developing a Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with performance standards outlined in the PWS. 7. Conducting meetings and submitting reports including Daily Status Reports (DSR) detailing progress and issues encountered during the contract period.
