The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a service contract for 12-months with 4, 12-month options to Extreme Legacy Limited LLC to support Rockwall's for the 22nd RR BN including parts labor and travel for $68,124.00 as a sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency's requirements. Background The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a service contract for Rockwall Service (Maintenance) to support the 22nd RR BN. The goal of this contract is to maintain a mobile auto belay rock wall used at community events for recruiting efforts throughout the state. The contract will be awarded as a sole source to Extreme Legacy Limited LLC, as only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirements. Work Details The contract includes the following tasks and services: 1. Base Rockwall Service for four 25-foot mobile auto belay rock walls on a dual axel trailer. 2. On-site service and inspection, which includes: - A comprehensive 83-point inspection of each rock wall. - Replacement of manufacturer's cables as required, with an inspection report provided upon completion. - Training for up to 12 individuals on the operation and safety of the rock walls. 3. Additional services include labor for auto-belay cable replacements, with costs for cables and any extra services beyond cable replacement being additional charges. 4. The contract includes options for three additional years (2027-2030) for continued service and inspections, maintaining the same level of service as outlined in the base year. Period of Performance The period of performance is set for 12 months with options to extend for three additional years, covering from 2026 through 2030. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations throughout the state where community events are held.
