The Department of Financial Services (Department), Criminal Investigations Division, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors interested in providing the upfitting of its law enforcement vehicles. The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITB. Place of Performance The work will be performed at locations designated by the Department within Florida. Bidder Requirements Respondents must have a current vendor registration in MyFloridaMarketplace (MFMP) prior to contract execution. Additionally, they must comply with specific mandatory responsiveness requirements including submission of a completed Price Response and a Mandatory Criteria Certification Form.
