Posted: Feb. 3, 2026, 4:23 p.m. EST SOLICITATION NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island District (MVR), intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Tugboat Service for LaGrange Lock and Dam. The contractor is responsible for providing tugboat services to LaGrange Lock and Dam during dam operations when river conditions are getting worse and require additional vessels with more capability to ensure safety and mission accomplishment during dam operations. QUESTIONS: Technical inquiries and questions relating to this solicitation are to be submitted via email to Bobbi Boeh at bobbi.s.boeh@usace.army.mil and Major Matthew Kindig at Matthew.L.Kindig@usace.army.mil, No Later Than (NLT) 06 FEB 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFFERORS: All offerors must submit a completed Schedule of Prices in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 Alternate I and documentation showing the capability to meet the on-site 4-hour threshold and where their tugboats are stationed to be considered for award in accordance with FAR 52.212-2.
