The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Aquatic Herbicide Treatment for the Control of Milfoil, Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil at the Hopkinton-Everett Lakes Flood Control Project. The primary treatment location(s) consist of portions of Elm Brook Pool and Drew Lake Canal in Hopkinton, NH (approximately 50 acres). This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 25, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
