The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Debris Removal Services Log Boom Catchment Area, Franklin Falls Dam, Franklin, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all transportation, equipment, labor, and job planning to remove the debris located at the log boom catchment area. The log boom catchment area is approximately 12.7 acres. All debris shall be removed from the catchment area and properly disposed of off government property according to federal, state, and local regulations. Chipping of debris in place shall not be permitted unless all chips are transported off site for proper disposal. To ensure complete removal of debris, the log boom catchment area shall be mowed once all debris has been removed. The project area is located along the Pemigewasset River in Franklin, NH. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 16, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
