Background The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, is seeking to renew its annual subscription of proprietary scientific journal content from John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Work Details The contractor will provide an annual subscription to Wiley Core Science Journals for a base year and four option years. The specific services include: 1) Delivery of proprietary scientific journal content; 2) Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards as per Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act; 3) Providing an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each ICT item offered; 4) Maintaining records of training certificates for all Contractor and subcontractor employees regarding privacy training; 5) Adhering to all applicable Federal, State, and local tax regulations. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from February 13, 2026, to February 12, 2031, with options for renewal for four additional years. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the National Conservation Training Center located at 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown, WV 25443-4024.
