Background The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to provide janitorial services for the Dworshak Project Office. The goal of this contract is to identify businesses capable of fulfilling the janitorial service requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Work Details The Contractor is responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services, ensuring that all areas meet specified performance standards. Key tasks include: - Maintaining interior surfaces free from dust, dirt, and debris; ensuring high luster on wood and metal surfaces; treating stains on carpets promptly. - Cleaning high surfaces to prevent dust accumulation. - Disinfecting environmental surfaces for safety. - Ensuring glass and clear displays are free from smudges and foreign matter. - Managing waste receptacles by keeping them clean, empty, and odor-free. - Maintaining building entrances and pathways clear of debris. - Cleaning elevators, ensuring stainless steel surfaces are polished and call panels disinfected. - Disinfecting restrooms and locker rooms, ensuring dispensers are operational. - Keeping kitchens/break rooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies. - Meeting specific cleaning standards in powerhouse control rooms and industrial areas while leaving tools undisturbed. - Ensuring building exteriors are free from accumulated dust and cobwebs. - Maintaining fishing access areas clean on specified days.
