Stump Grinding at Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton NH, and Everett Lake, Weare NH

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Stump Grinding at Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton NH, and Everett Lake, Weare NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to grind all stumps within the three (3) locations at the Hopkinton-Everett Project. The base area for stump grinding is approximately 8 acres in total. In addition, the government may choose to exercise up to two additional optional areas that total approximately 9 additional acres. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about June 5, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
