Windermere Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Project

The Work will include: demolition; clearing and grubbing; excavation; extensive water/sanitary sewer utility relocation; installation of approx. 880 ft of concrete pipe, 1,980 ft of box culvert, and 28 structures; concrete and asphalt paving/milling of streets, curbs, and sidewalks; erosion control; traffic control; certified as-built drawings, and more.
