Background The Montrose VA Medical Center is seeking to improve parking conditions at its facility, particularly for patient safety and ADA compliance. The objective of this acquisition is to plan, design, and manage the construction of renovations for Parking Lot G near Building 5. This project aims to enhance parking availability while addressing existing deficiencies in accessibility and safety. Work Details The scope of work includes complete demolition and excavation of the existing parking lot, installation of new electrical lighting, and improvements to storm water drainage.
