This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QM0000004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, in accordance with (IAW) the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541512. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. Background This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center for the maintenance and support of a Digital Signage over IP Network System. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous operation and support of the digital signage systems used by the Coast Guard, which is critical for their mission of maritime safety, security, and environmental protection. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Providing technical service maintenance and support for the Digital Signage over IP Network System, which includes quarterly preventative maintenance of all installed equipment, a 2-hour phone response time, and a 24-hour site response to trouble calls. Software support for the Exterity system is also included. 2. Offering annual support and maintenance under the VITEC Platinum Service Program, which encompasses 365x24x7 phone support, unlimited access to critical security updates, minor and major software/firmware upgrades, 24-hour advance replacement service for faulty hardware components, annual passes to VITEC's IPTV Technical Training Events, and discounted rates for on-site engineering services. Period of Performance The period of performance is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at various locations including Building 63, Building 87, Building 96, Building 97, and Building 100 at the U.S. Coast Guard facilities.
