Background The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is issuing a sole source contract to Communications Venture Corp DBA INdigital Telecom. The purpose of this contract is to transition the Alabama Next Generation (ANGEN) 9-1-1 Service and Message Evolution (MEVO) System from Centralized Automated Message Accounting (CAMA) to Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)-Internet Protocol (IP). INdigital Telecom has previously been awarded the Alabama Next Generation Emergency Network upgrade contract by the Governor of Alabama, which aims to enhance connectivity and resilience for 9-1-1 centers across Alabama.
