Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, is seeking construction services to rehabilitate the North Access Road and associated areas at Mount Morris Dam located in Livingston County, New York. This project aims to enhance the accessibility and safety of the access road used by USACE operations and maintenance staff, which has undergone previous rehabilitation in 2013 and 2019. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. **Mobilization and Demobilization**: Includes all costs to mobilize personnel, equipment, supplies, and tools to the worksite and demobilize upon completion. Mobilization payment will be 60% of the CLIN with demobilization at 40%. 2. **North Access Road Rehabilitation**: - Re-grade approximately 2200 feet of roadway from the second pipe gate to level ground near the North training wall, adding #2 stone to fill low areas. - Ensure a minimum 10-foot wide traveling surface graded with a 2% inslope towards the uphill side, draining into a trench drain. - Clean and rehabilitate existing drainage gutters along the road. - Rehabilitate five existing rolling dips providing transverse relief drainage from trench drains. - Return staging areas to original condition post-work completion.
