The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre Solicitation Notice for Dam Intake Railing Replacement, Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately sixty-four (64) feet of tubular galvanized steel railing located along the top of the intake structure at Surry Mountain Dam. Approximately thirty-eight (38) steel posts and approximately five hundred (500) feet of cable guard rail surrounding the intake structure and leading towards the gatehouse must also be removed and disposed of. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about August 11, 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
