The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Debris Removal Services (Crane Services) at the Franklin Falls Dam, Franklin, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor and equipment needed to remove debris from the log boom area and the trash rack at the Franklin Falls Dam and relocate the debris to a designated catchment areas beside the crane pad sites. The project area is located on the Pemigewasset River in Franklin, NH. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about June 2, 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.
