RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures will be used for awarding the contract. The anticipated award date is January 15, 2026. The intended source for this acquisition is Comforte Inc. The proposed contractor, Comforte Inc.is the sole provider of the proprietary software solution required to fulfill the Government's needs. This software is copyrighted and constitutes the intellectual property of Comforte Inc. and therefore cannot be replicated, resold, or modified by third-party vendors without violating intellectual property rights.
