TimeZero Navigation Software Licenses

The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to issue a solicitation for TimeZero Navigational Software. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. NSW intends to solicit requirements for TimeZero Navigational Software only among authorized resellers of said software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 513210, and the small business size standard is $47,000,000.00. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
