Background The Arlington County, Virginia, Office of the Purchasing Agent is issuing this Invitation to Bid No. N1310 for the interior renovation of Courtroom 10C at the Arlington County Courthouse located at 1425 N. Period of Performance The period of performance for substantial completion is set at 270 consecutive calendar days from the commencement date specified in a Notice to Proceed issued by the County. Final completion must occur within 30 calendar days after acceptance of substantial completion by the County Project Officer. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a minimum of five years' experience in public works infrastructure and courthouse projects, specifically in courthouse renovations and interior building work. Bidders must provide a list of two similar projects recently completed, including project details such as project manager contact information and project costs. Additionally, bidders must be licensed as a Class A, B, or C Contractor in Virginia depending on project cost thresholds. Compliance with prevailing wage laws is mandatory.
