Background The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) for Grounds Maintenance Services. The primary goal of this contract is to maintain the grounds of the LTC Mark Phelan Memorial United States Army Reserve Center in Lancaster, PA, and the York Memorial United States Army Reserve Center in York, PA. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include maintaining healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Specific tasks include mowing, trimming, leaf cleanup, brush hogging, and fence clearing at designated sites. The contractor must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations while performing these services. Period of Performance The contract will have one base year of performance followed by four optional twelve-month periods. Place of Performance Services will be performed at two locations: LTC Mark Phelan Memorial United States Army Reserve Center located at 1135 Ranck Mill Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 and York Memorial United States Army Reserve Center located at 605 Arsenal Road, York, PA 17406.
