NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Techworx, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Provide annual preventive maintenance on surveillance camera that was installed by vendor for Wingate High School. The anticipated delivery is January 22, 2031. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990.
