Background The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Minuteman National Historical Park. The goal of the contract is to replace a failed boiler at the Farwell Jones House, which is critical for maintaining the facility's operational integrity. This project is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside with an estimated magnitude of less than $25,000.00. Work Details The work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals necessary to replace one (1) boiler at the Farwell Jones House. The contractor will be responsible for executing the work in accordance with the detailed Scope of Work provided in the final solicitation documents. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications and standards as outlined in the solicitation. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from February 1, 2026, to April 2, 2026. The contractor must begin work within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 60 calendar days.
