Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for Fire Buildings located in Moab, Utah. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within these facilities, ensuring they are safe and presentable for use. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services which include but are not limited to: cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, floors, restrooms, and waste containers; performing services at specified frequencies (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly); ensuring all cleaning supplies meet 'green' purchasing requirements; maintaining a minimum two-week supply of restroom supplies on-site; and adhering to acceptable quality levels as outlined in the performance standards.
