The State of Washington Office of Civil Legal Aid (OCLA) is seeking to lease office space to support its mission. The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is acting on behalf of OCLA to find suitable leased space in the City of Spokane, with the goal of providing a functional environment for the agency's operations.

Work Details

The contract involves leasing approximately 240 BOMA rentable square feet of office space in the City of Spokane. The desired lease term is a minimum of five years, with an option for additional terms up to ten years. The occupancy date is targeted for March 1, 2026. Proposals should include: - A complete, code-compliant, enclosed, conditioned space with plumbing, power, and lighting. - Two private offices, with one large enough for two workstations being advantageous. - Secure and reliable network connectivity (both wired and wireless). - Secure mail and package receiving protocols. - A move-in ready facility with an employee breakroom and an available conference room may be advantageous. - Space availability for up to three parking stalls for employee and customer use is preferred.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must provide proof of ownership prior to drafting lease documents, preferably through a clear title report.
