The intent of this contract is to provide buoy maintenance services at Greers Ferry Lake. Services include but are not limited to buoy maintenance services. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable lasws, regulations, codes or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.

The project encompasses the Greers Ferry Dam located in Cleburne County, Arkansas, and extends approximately 50 miles into Cleburne and Van Buren Counties. The primary goal of this contract is to provide buoy maintenance services at Greers Ferry Lake, ensuring safety and operational efficiency in line with applicable laws and regulations. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles required to perform buoy maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: - Normal Service Calls (10 per year) - Emergency Service Calls (3 per year) - Unscheduled Repair Hours (100 hours per year) - Estimated Materials Costs for Service Call Repair Parts (not to exceed $10,000) - Swim Beach System Adjustments (30 adjustments per year) - Installation of Polyethylene Pipe (2,500 linear feet per year) - Dewater/Repair/Re-Adjust Polyethylene Pipe (5 repairs per year) - Buoy Inspections for the entire lake (6 inspections per year) - Adjusting Buoys (60 adjustments per year) - Replacing Buoys (30 replacements per year) - Setting Buoys (75 settings per year) - Taking Up Buoys (25 removals per year) - Inspecting and Cleaning Sugar Loaf Mountain Trail (7 inspections per year) - Adjusting Sugar Loaf Mountain Dock (5 adjustments per year).
