Background The Greers Ferry Lake Project is a multi-purpose power generation, flood control, and municipal water supply project managed by the Greers Ferry Project Office. The project is located in Cleburne County, Arkansas, and encompasses the Greers Ferry Dam and surrounding areas. The goal of this contract is to provide essential maintenance services including park maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance at various facilities within the project area. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for park maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services. Specific tasks include: - General park maintenance including landscaping and facility upkeep. - Performing electrical repairs such as inspecting and replacing light fixtures, circuit breakers, and wiring. - Conducting plumbing repairs including installation and repair of fixtures. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during service delivery. - Implementing a Quality Control Plan to monitor service quality and compliance with contract specifications. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a Base Year of approximately 12 months starting from February 1, 2026 or date of award whichever is later through January 31, 2027, with four additional option years each lasting 12 months. Place of Performance Services will be performed at Greers Ferry Lake in Cleburne County, Arkansas.
