Background The Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7 is seeking to procure services related to Army Training Models. This contract aims to support critical training programs, including collective training, operational readiness, and institutional training. The Army Training Models (ATM) contract will provide analytical support for developing funding requirements for Army-wide training and assist in resource decision-making within the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The contract is essential for developing and defending training and operational readiness resource requirements aligned with Army policies and priorities. Work Details The contractor will provide subject matter experts focused on the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of programs that support a wide range of requirements for the Army. This includes ensuring continuity in modernization efforts and supporting the new Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM), which is designed to enhance unit readiness against near-peer threats. The contractor's responsibilities will encompass oversight and management of software applications developed for training resource applications outside HQDA. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance is from May 15, 2026, through May 14, 2027, followed by four additional 12-month option periods. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the U.S. Army Pentagon, Room 3B461, Washington DC 20310-0400.
