Background The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is the largest school district in North Carolina and the 15th largest in the United States, serving approximately 160,000 students across 199 schools. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive lighting, video, and scenic support for 22 high school graduation ceremonies scheduled for June 2026 at the Raleigh Convention Center. Work Details The vendor must provide lighting, video, and scenic support for 22 high school graduations from June 11 to June 16, 2026. Key requirements include: - Installation of all equipment by June 9, 2026. - Equipment includes: - Video system with high-definition quality (1080P) for image magnification (IMAG), including two cameras on risers, a video switcher, signal distribution to three flown projectors and two LED video walls. - Lighting system to enhance a 40' x 24' stage with conventional lighting and control capabilities. - Scenic support including black synthetic drapes as a backdrop. - Staffing requirements include a Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP), technical director, camera operators, load-in/load-out crew, and transportation/delivery fees. - A detailed breakdown of costs for equipment and services must be provided along with terms of payment.
