Background The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of fencing materials to support soil and moisture conservation efforts at the Anadarko Agency. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary materials that will assist in the agency's mission to manage and conserve natural resources effectively. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs. Work Details The contractor is required to furnish and deliver the following items: - 12.5 gauge 2 point Barb wire, quantity: 1320 ft, unit price: $400 EA, delivery by 03/31/2026. - 6ft 1.33 lb/ft Steel T-Post, quantity: 8000 EA, delivery by 03/31/2026. - Clips for T-Post, quantity: 800 EA, delivery by 03/31/2026. All materials must be delivered and unloaded with a forklift at the Anadarko Agency; the BIA will not provide a forklift. Period of Performance Delivery is anticipated by March 31, 2026. Place of Performance Materials are to be delivered to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Anadarko Agency, located at 124 E. Parker McKenzie Dr., Anadarko, OK 73005.
