Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide Facility Investment Services. Specific tasks include: 1. Service Calls: Emergency, urgent, and routine service calls at various locations. 2. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conducting PM for a wide variety of equipment and systems. 3. Inspection, Testing, and Certification: Performing inspections and certifications for various types of equipment. 4. Recurring Services: Providing inspection and repair services for equipment and systems. 5. Environmental Services: Addressing environmental service needs as required. The work will be performed at multiple sites as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), with potential for additional sites to be added through contract modifications. Period of Performance The period of performance begins on March 1, 2026, and ends on February 28, 2027. There are two optional twelve-month periods available for extension beyond the initial term. Place of Performance The services will be performed at five locations throughout Arizona and New Mexico as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
