The area of work under this contract are located in the existing first floor of Building 355, adjacent to space Classroom 118. Generally, the work involves the demolition/replacement of an existing elevator, 1-Freight (Elevator No. 2) to include the associated equipment in adjoining Elevator Machine Room 117. Additionally, this project replaces (1) - 3'-0 x 7'-0 hollow metal door.
