Background The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary support and supervision for male and female federal offenders, ensuring their successful reintegration into society while adhering to the agency's mission of public safety and rehabilitation. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for male and female federal offenders held under various United States Statutes, with a guaranteed minimum of 4,015 days and an estimated maximum of 8,030 days within the base period. 2. Home Confinement (HC) services within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility, with a guaranteed minimum of 3,650 days and an estimated maximum of 7,300 days during the base period. 3. The contractor must ensure that at least 22 beds are available in the RRC (18 for males and 4 for females) and provide adequate programming and case management. 4. Services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity basis with firm-fixed unit prices based on actual consumption/usage. 5. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Place of Performance Services will be performed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with home confinement services extending within a 200-mile radius from the RRC facility.
