Work Details The contractor will provide as-needed HVAC control preventative maintenance services, which include: 1. Customer support and technical support for HVAC systems. 2. Data protection and data recovery services. 3. Preventative maintenance and software maintenance within existing County facilities. 4. Emergency onsite response within 4 hours for critical emergencies and within 24 hours for non-emergency conditions. 5. System troubleshooting, diagnostics, and remote support capabilities. 6. All labor, supervision, supplies, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform the required services. 7. Compliance with all relevant licensing requirements including an active Classification C-20 license from the California State License Board (CSLB) and registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Period of Performance The contract will have an initial base period of one year, with four one-year option periods available for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various County of San Diego locations as specified in individual task orders issued by the County. Bidder Requirements This RFQ is a Small-Local Business set-aside as defined in Board Policy B-53. Offerors must possess an active C-20 license from CSLB and maintain current registration with DIR throughout the contract duration. Additionally, Offerors must submit a completed Small-Local Business Self-Certification Form to qualify for award consideration.
