The Flight Program Operations (AJF) requires a contract for Contractor Logistics Support to facilitate the procurement and exchange of aircraft parts for its fleet, which includes various aircraft models such as King Air 300, King Air 360, Challenger 605, and Beechcraft C90 GTI. The goal of this contract is to streamline the parts ordering process and ensure timely delivery of necessary components to maintain operational readiness. Work Details The contractor will provide aircraft parts in 'new', 'overhauled', or 'repaired' condition based on specific requests. The contract includes the following items: - CLIN 00001: Contractor Logistics Support - CLIN 00002: Serialized Parts Purchase and Unit Exchange - CLIN 00003: Consumable Parts/Non-Serialized Parts. The contractor must manage an annual volume of approximately 2,500 orders for serialized and consumable aircraft parts. Delivery timelines are critical, with requirements such as: - Aircraft on Ground (AOG): Next day AM delivery - Priority 1 (P1): 24 hours - Priority 2 (P2): 48 hours - Priority 5 (P5): Routine delivery within 30 days.
