Background

The Indiana National Guard, specifically Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana, and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) in Butlerville, Indiana, is seeking a commercial contractor to provide and service portable chemical latrines and handwash stations. This contract aims to ensure the availability of sanitation facilities during military exercises and other activities. The contract will be awarded as a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a Firm Fixed Price structure, fully set aside for small businesses. Work Details: The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Provide portable latrines that meet industry standards, including wheelchair accessible units. Each unit must be leak-proof, well-vented, and equipped with necessary supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer. 2. Service and clean the portable toilets and hand wash stations regularly, ensuring they are stocked and operational. 3. Remove gray water within 12 business hours after request. 4. Relocate latrines and hand wash stations within 24 hours after notice. 5. Maintain detailed records of service dates on each latrine and ensure proper identification of units. 6. Invoicing must include a detailed Excel spreadsheet of rental unit charges submitted through WAWF. Period of Performance: The period of performance is expected to start on February 1, 2024, consisting of a one-year base period with four additional option years for a total of five years. Place of Performance: The services will be performed at two locations: Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana (46124) and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, Indiana (47223).
