The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract. Work Details The contractor will provide the following services: 1. Respond to repair service requests within one working day and begin repairs within one working day of notification. 2. Develop and adhere to a systematic schedule for preventative maintenance on all equipment covered by the agreement, performing services at least once every ninety days. 3. Provide written recommendations for repairs or modifications to maximize equipment efficiency and extend its useful life. 4. Document all services performed in detail on the same day, including make, model, year, and serial number for each forklift. 5. Replace parts with new ones recommended by the manufacturer. 6. Properly dispose of used parts and clean the work area after service. 7. Notify site contact when a forklift requires major repair transport. 8. Provide written quotes in advance of any repair work. 9. Supply copies of parts invoices within 30 days upon request. 10. Comply with instructions from Correctional Officers while on DAC premises. Period of Performance The initial contract term is one year from the date of final contract execution, with options for two additional one-year renewals at the State's discretion.
