Background The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation (the Corporation) works with public, private, and non-profit partners to create conditions for businesses in all sectors to thrive. It aims to improve the quality of life for the State of Rhode Island’s residents by promoting the State’s long-term economic health and prosperity. The Corporation seeks proposals from qualified firms to implement and customize Salesforce solutions and provide ongoing support for system maintenance, upgrades, and required fixes for its Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Work Details The consulting firm will assist the Corporation’s System Administrator by providing monthly support for: - System enhancements, configurations, optimizations, maintenance, fixes, and updates to the Salesforce Lightning platform. - Salesforce Sales Cloud system maintenance. - Identification, integration, customization, and optimization of systems or third-party applications related to new programs and services or business process improvements. - Systems administrator and user training. - Integration of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Grant Management tools. Period of Performance The Corporation seeks to enter into an initial annual agreement with options for two annual renewal periods. Consulting services will be utilized as needed based on agency projects and initiatives. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation's location in Rhode Island. Bidder Requirements Proposers must demonstrate knowledge and experience related to government and non-profit Salesforce systems design, development, implementation, customization, and support. A proven track record of providing solutions that address the needs of multiple departments while prioritizing functionality and user experience is required. Knowledge of economic development organizations is preferred.
