Background The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to supply and deliver clothing and hygiene products for youth. The mission of the DJJ is to enhance public safety through effective services for youth and families, delivered by dedicated professionals. This solicitation aims to secure necessary supplies to support the agency's operations. Work Details The contract involves providing a wide range of clothing and hygiene products, including but not limited to: - PVC shower sandals in various sizes - Ankle socks - T-shirts in multiple colors and sizes - Sweatshirts - Men's and women's underwear - Sports bras - Blankets - Sheets - Towels - Personal hygiene items (like shampoo, body wash, deodorant) - Games (like Uno and chess) - Security items (like handcuffs and leg irons). The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supplies required for the delivery of these products. Period of Performance The contract will be effective for three years starting from March 13, 2026, through March 12, 2028. There are options for two one-year renewals at the discretion of the Department. Place of Performance The geographic location for performance is primarily within the state of Florida as specified by the Department of Juvenile Justice. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered in My Florida Market Place (MFMP) with a valid W-9 on file.
