Work Details The contractor shall furnish 100 parking spaces at an access-controlled parking facility, which may consist of single or multiple lots. The parking lot must be paved, with individual spaces measuring between 8.5’ to 9’ wide and 16’ to 18’ long, clearly marked with well-defined lines. The contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, administrative support, materials, tools, parts, supplies, and equipment necessary for maintaining the parking spaces and security features. Services include immediate response to service calls categorized as critical, urgent, or routine: 1) Critical Service Calls: Issues preventing access or posing safety/security risks (e.g., gate failure). Response within one hour; resolution within four hours. 2) Urgent Service Calls: Issues affecting space usage (e.g., unauthorized vehicles). Response within two hours; corrective action initiated within the same timeframe. 3) Routine Service Calls: Non-critical requests (e.g., faded lines). Acknowledgment within four hours; resolution within 48 hours. The contractor must ensure availability of the parking facility from Monday at 5:30 a.m. to Friday at 5:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Access will be limited to authorized NWK employees only during these times. The contractor may utilize unoccupied spaces on weekends and holidays for special events.
