Background The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking to procure bulk propellant materials for use in energetic deliverables. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of specific chemicals necessary for manufacturing processes that support the agency's mission. Work Details The contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver the following quantities of chemicals: - 420 lbs. of conditioned Di(2-Ethylhexyl) Adipate (MIL-DTL-23443C) - 1640 lbs. of conditioned R45 HTLO (WS 20700 Type II) - 176 lbs. of Yellow Iron Oxide (MIL-I-85370(AS)) - 160 lbs. of conditioned Desmodur W (Dwg 1335AS287). All deliverables must be packaged and ready for use, made from a single homogeneous lot and batch, and accompanied by a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) per CDRL A001 for each lot.
