Background Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking to establish a contract for promotional items to support various functions such as parent/student events and employee fairs. The goal is to partner with a vendor that can provide a comprehensive range of promotional products that align with the university's branding and marketing efforts. Work Details The selected vendor will supply a variety of promotional items including, but not limited to: - Pens - Pencils - Cup holders - Coffee mugs - Key chains - Badge holders - Tote bags - Note pads - Tee shirts - Caps - Koozies - Lanyards - Apparel (t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies) - Embroidery and screen printing services - Awards and trophies. Items will be purchased on an as-needed basis with varying quantities. Vendors are required to provide a product catalog detailing descriptions, catalog numbers, unit prices, and contact information for ordering. Any changes in product availability must be communicated promptly to TSU. Period of Performance The contract is intended for a three-year term with the option for two additional one-year extensions. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Texas Southern University located at 3100 Cleburne Street, Houston, TX 77004. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with all applicable state laws and regulations. They should have the ability to provide products made in Texas or by Texas-based vendors. Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not ineligible to receive state contracts due to past violations or other disqualifying factors. Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation is encouraged but not mandatory if subcontracting opportunities are not probable.
