Work Details The Student Fee Payment Software must include the following capabilities: 1. Multi-Channel Payments: Facilitate in-person and electronic payments for various fee types (e.g., yearbooks, clubs, parking, exams). 2. Point of Sale (POS) & Events: Provide POS capabilities for District-led events. 3. Ticketing & Venue Management: Generate electronic QR-coded tickets and support seat selection for events. 4. Transaction Management: Apply convenience fees, group multiple student fees into a single transaction, and capture processing personnel details. 5. Fee Customization: Ability to waive or reduce fees and incur fines for lost or damaged assets. 6. Privacy & Equity: Ensure student free/reduced status is not visible on any media. 7. Public Donations: Provide a portal for financial donations to the District. 8. Form Integration: Allow creation and modification of required forms during payment processes. Systems Integration must include: 1. SIS Integration with bidirectional sync with the District's Student Information System (PowerSchool). 2. ERP & Financial Integration with Tyler MUNIS via API or file export/import. 3. Food Service interaction with LINQ Titan to apply credit balances. 4. Automated Reporting for daily bank deposit manifests. User Experience must ensure: 1. A dedicated Parent Portal accessible throughout the school year. 2. Multilingual Support for various languages used in the District. 3. Cross-Platform Compatibility across modern web browsers and mobile devices. 4. Accessibility compliance with ADA standards. 5. History & Receipts functionality for users to view payment histories. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for one year with options to renew annually for up to four additional years, totaling a potential five-year period.
