Background

The Rhode Island Department of Administration/Division of Purchases is soliciting proposals on behalf of all State agencies to establish an Open Enrollment Master Price Agreement (MPA 419) for the maintenance and repair services of existing security systems. The goal is to ensure that user agencies have access to qualified vendors for the addition, upgrade, and/or replacement of security system components. This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications, not a Request for Quotes.

Work Details

Vendors will provide maintenance and repair services for existing security systems, including but not limited to: - Addition, upgrade, and/or replacement of security system components. - Services are sought on an 'as-needed' basis. - The contract will allow for biannual reviews of vendor submissions after the initial award.

Period of Performance

The initial contract period will begin on May 1, 2026, and will last for three years until January 31, 2030. Contracts may be renewed for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed across various locations as determined by the user agencies within the State of Rhode Island.
